I Have Bees

Wow, it has been nearly a month since I went inside the bee-hive, and it seems that not much has changed.  Actually, I was hoping for some more honeycomb to be built, but that does not seem to be the case.  I also had quite a tough time seeing any comb that is mostly capped [...]

Early in the month of July, the time came to remove a few combs from a few of the most recent bars in my topbar hive.  I was definitely a bit scared, but now that it is all said and done, I hope the next time I inspect the hive, things will be alright.

Today I went up to the beehive and decided to do a full on inspection of what was going on.  It was pretty neat to actually take my hive tool and claw away at the sections where the honeycomb has connected to the window(only in two tiny spots) and eventually remove the full bars out [...]
